Michael expressed his joy of living through his writing, painting and
teaching. He believes that we each have unique gifts to share, and
when we express what is in our hearts we add love to the world.
"Water it Anyway" is a visual response to a personal experience.
"I discovered what looked like a weed growing in a planter in my backyard. I saw the potential in it, watered it, and nourished it. The bush of bursting flowers was much bolder and greater than I could ever have imagined. From this lesson I have learned to embrace life's opportunities."
